We built it in three weeks at the Premier League × Microsoft hackathon, for a sport we all love: AI that watches the match, logs every event and describes it to every fan, including those who can't see it.

Then Jayden Clarke and I decided it shouldn't end there. Ninety Labs builds open-source software first, and films it: we're learning cinematography and design properly to vlog ourselves around New York building each piece and handing it over. What I worked with

Evaluating the agents. I owned evaluation for the browser-automation product: a harness scoring every run on success, cost and latency, and a 30+ task regression suite from real production failures. Its results picked the production model.

Shipping the platform. TOTP MFA, social login, a support portal and the integrations hub, plus RAG over policy and claims data.
